Mass demonstrations was being held by the protesters across Japan during Saturday against the nuclear plant. A three month earthquake and tsunami anniversary was on Saturday in which the tsunami attack had caused the death of 23,000 people. The earthquake and tsunami had caused the death of so many people and had the world’s worst nuclear disasters. Streets which are across Tokyo were seen completely jammed crowded by thousands of protesters chanting slogans.
Thousands of protesters had actually paralyzed the sections of the street in many places in Tokyo creating many demonstrations. Certain marches in the city was held to shut down Japan nuclear plants to shut down and then say no to nuclear power. The disasters has bought in a lot of national debate over the nuclear plant in Japan as Japan has a less natural resources. Nuclear energy was relied about 30% in Japan and the before the disasters had planned to raise the nuclear power reliability by 50%.
The 50% would be done in future of the year 2030 but government has decided to abandon the plan of nuclear energy and depend on renewable energy. The nuclear power has been too dangerous to use and has effected the surroundings and the effects of it can be seen after the earthquake. After the disaster most of the nuclear power plant has been shut and has lead to certain fears in Tokyo as electricity reduces. At the Fukushima plant there has been struggle of the workers to bring down the crippled reactors to shut down and will happen by early next year.
